Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients and partners through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and engage clients, showcasing our recruitment expertise and value proposition.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their staffing needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, company culture, and long-term goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and client recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment solutions and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
