Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and expand our recruitment services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for our recruitment services. You will be a key player in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts within the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the recruitment services division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets.
- Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring the delivery of quality recruitment services.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and present proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote recruitment services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet business goals.
