- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings and expand our market reach.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, negotiating terms and conditions to secure new contracts.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the companys overall growth strategy.
Government Liaison: Engage with government agencies to understand regulatory requirements and explore incentives for data center projects.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the data center or IT infrastructure industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Electrical & Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of data center operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and government officials.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally to other Southeast Asian countries.
