Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, expand the customer base, and increase profitability for the Company business portfolio such as the wholesale and retail business segment of the Group which comprises of B2B and B2C.- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through new customer acquisition in retail business focusing Indian market.
Create and implement strategies and methodologies for business growth of the Company for the operation of wholesale and retail business comprising of B2B and B2C.
- Develop innovative strategies to capture the attention of the target client segment, driving continuous business growth for the wholesale and retail business which comprises of B2B and B2C.
Work closely with the Head of Companies by providing ideas and solutions for the Group of Company businesses to generate ROI as per the directive from the Top Management- Monitor market trends and competitors to refine offerings and stay ahead in the industry.
Develop key performance goals set by the Management Team and works towards the directive in achieving the goals for the Company.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, vendors, and distributors.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients and close new deals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development for the company.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Managing Director.
