We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT Services business through both acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients, positioning Collabera Digital as a strategic IT services partner.
Increase the value of existing accounts by promoting and selling additional IT services.
Manage the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals independently.
Lead and strategize for securing significant deals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior and operational levels to build long-term partnerships.
Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Attend regular client meetings to ensure ongoing successful partnerships.
Required Skills:
Min 8 years of experience in IT services and solution sales with banking or Finance or Insurance domain.
Proven track record in acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
