JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Business Development professional with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in handling IT/NON-IT recruitment services.

Need to visit client places.

Able to generate leads

You will work as part of the Sales and Recruiting teams and primarily be required to handle sales of outsourced IT manpower contracting/placement services, covering a wide range of IT skills for large clients.

You should have been very active in sales or recruitment activities in the IT area. We are looking for a proven track record and the ability to open new accounts, manage accounts, and provide hands-on support for the recruitment process.

Must possess the capability to deal with clients and candidates at all levels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree

More than 5 years Business Development experience in the Recruitment Industry.

Proven sales success and good network in consultative and professional services environment.

A proven track record of business development success within Recruitment Industry;

Experience of hitting / exceeding challenging sales targets

An ability to absorb new information with ease and speed and think analytically

Experience of building, maintaining and leveraging relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills
