  • We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Business Development Manager


The Sales function is responsible for providing the lead on customer service, sales delivery, growth and development and marketing Incora to the aerospace and Defence markets.

The Business Development Manager will:


identify, pursue and secure, new business from new and existing customers by actively pursuing leads, developing relationships and efficiently managing inquiries in line with the business strategy and growth expectations in Malaysia

be responsible for our customers primary point of contact for inside sales coverage and market development

provide profitable revenue growth and high-quality value-added sales, whilst maintaining/developing the relationships, and customer expectations

maintain and develop an agreed set of measurement criteria, which will be reported to the department head monthly

plan and execute customer visits to increase sales and ensure existing business satisfaction levels

  • Requirements:

Experience in a similar role

Experience in Aerospace business will be an asset but not mandatory

Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude

Strong communication skills along with relationship-building and stakeholder management

Ability to work well both within a team and independently

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
