Job Description:
- Build a solid pipeline of sales opportunities through both existing and new clients, linking in client facing team members in the BD process where possible, encouraging and facilitating cross-selling and up-selling by team members.
Establish, build and maintain relationships with clients, discovering and exploring potential revenue growth opportunities.- Possess industry specific technical knowledge and understanding of a governance and professional services environment.
Create potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options and resolving priorities.
Job Requirement:
- 5+ Years experience in a Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager role or similar
Relevant governance industry knowledge and experience with a proven sales record and willingness to grow knowledge further.- In-depth and demonstrable understanding of the Company Secretarial profession with a proven track record of sales experience will be added advantage.
Excellent Interpersonal skills with a record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
