Job Responsibility
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
Job Requirements
As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving growth in our testing, inspection and analysis services by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market share in the natural resources industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored testing, inspection and analysis solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients.Proven experience in sales, business development, or retail management, preferably in the household groceries industry.
- At least Diploma and above.
- Strong communication skills, spoken and written in English.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
