Job Responsibility

What Youll Do

  • Build New Sales Channels: Identify and establish new channels to drive sales, ensuring we reach and engage our target audience.
  • Forge Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with art & design communities, associations, educational institutions, and corporate partners to create win-win collaborations.
  • Community Engagement: Actively work with teachers, lecturers, and student communities to introduce our brand, products, and values.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and support in-store events and activities at external locations, bringing our brand directly to the community.
  • Drive Brand Exposure: Work with the marketing team to align partnerships and events with our overall brand goals, maximizing visibility and customer engagement.

Role Overview

In this role, youll be responsible for establishing new channels and partnerships that will drive sales and maximize our brands reach. Youll build strong connections with businesses, art and design communities, associations, corporations, educational institutions, teachers, lecturers, and student groups, creating opportunities to showcase our products and grow our presence. Youll also plan and support small events and activities both in-store and at partner locations to engage and inspire.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-oriented mindset.
  • Interest or background in art, craft, or creative industries is a big plus.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate small events independently.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the art and design field is a bonus.
