Coordinate influencer campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and influencers to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing clients with insightful reports on key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing strategies on Xiaohongshu, leveraging insights to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any business-related field.
Previous experience in sales or account management roles, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Familiarity with the F&B industry and understanding of influencer marketing trends on Xiaohongshu.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and influencers.
