Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Collect information about the clients business through a variety of methods.
  • Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
  • Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
  • Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
  • Developing and executing long-term strategic plans and shorter tactical plans to achieve business goals.
  • identifying potential new markets and new customers to increase business opportunities.
  • Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales (online & offline strategies).
  • Negotiating, dealing with stakeholders and sales team to close sales deals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results to management.
  • Understanding the market and keeping up-to-date with industry news and competition.

Job Requirements

  • Posses leadership skills, aggressice, self-discipline
  • Business quadrant mindset, positive thinking behaviour
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills .
  • Good sales and negotiation skills with English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • A confident and positive attitude in a professional manner.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
