Job Scope Attend and report for daily meeting.
Updating sales report on daily basis.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries from clients.
Constantly follow-up with clients enquiries.
Compiling and preparing sales forecast for Finance & Management review on quarterly basis.
Developing quotes and proposals (services) according to the needs of the clients.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish good rapport and set up meetings.
Actively identifying new sales leads and potential market.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Plan and prepare business presentations.
Negotiate and close business deals with clients.
Meet and exceed targets for revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company.
Prepare contracts and bids for the company.
Any other duties assigned by superior or Management.

Responsible to execute business development strategies in increasing publications exposure and awareness in the market.
Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities.
Stay abreast global market information, research competition information.
Responsible for promoting and carrying out sales activities.
To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities.
Develops marketing strategies for the market to ensure attainment of Companys sales goal and profitability.
Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.
Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development.
Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
Computer literate.
