- Key Responsibilities: Online Business Development:
Identify and pursue online business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients through digital channels.
Analyze online market trends and identify potential growth areas.
- Digital Advertising Management:
Create, oversee, and refine campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads, and others.- Utilize these platforms to drive online traffic, engagement, and attract targeted users, including organic audiences.
Analyze campaign performance across different platforms and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, policies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions in digital marketing and IT services.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer strategic advice.
- IT Knowledge Application:
Apply your understanding of IT systems, software, and services to inform online business development strategies.- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop online solutions that meet client requirements.
Work closely with the marketing, IT, and product development teams to ensure alignment with online business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of online projects and client satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on online marketing and IT.
Strong knowledge of various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, software, and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
