Business Development Executive

This position is for one of our investee companies involved in OEM, personal care and cosmetic industry. This position is based in Kampung Melayu Subang, Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities :

• To effectively develop new sales prospects and grow the existing sales in the targeted markets of local artists or influencers, multilevel marketing business models, the hotel and hospitality industry, and curated personal brand wellness in the therapeutic industry.

To perform research for market information & requirements on the territories assigned.

• To achieve sales targets which are set by Management.

To effectively prepare and update management on new business development progress and update the immediate superior and/or Management

• To provide feedback and input for new product developments based on market information is essential for ensuring that products align with customer needs and market trends.

To identify and draft out proposed action plans for non-performing, lost customers, and non-growth regions.

• To identify and draft proposed action plans for non-performing customers, lost customers, and non-growth regions.

To effectively work with related departments to resolve and smoothen out operational issues.

• To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / projects as and when required by Management.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

• Required Computer skills: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferably Executive with 3-5 years of sales experience in cosmetic/ personal care, /hospitality/ multi-level marketing/ spa and wellness industries.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong passion for sales.

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possesses own transport and valid driving license.
