The primary objective of our company is to fulfil the demand for comprehensive environmental, social, and governance solutions by offering a diverse range of services, including but not limited to energy saving strategies, renewable energy sources, and cutting-edge digital farming methods. Our goal is to assist businesses in transforming their operations and practices towards sustainable development while promoting ethical and responsible business practices. To cope with our rapidly growing business in green technologies, we welcome high-caliber candidates to apply for the position of Business Development Executive.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts with Joint Management Body Management Corporation (JMB MC).
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend public/government conferences and events to showcase and promote our ESG program, when required.
  • Work closely with the inter-departments to optimise customer satisfaction.
  • Running outbound campaigns (cold calling, B2B, B2C, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in ESG/Sustainability/Electrical Engineering/ Building Maintenance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or equivalent).
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Highly accountable, flexible, and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in selling Green Initiative Program, Energy Services, and ESG Program will add advantages.
  • In-depth knowledge of ESG concepts, emerging ESG trends and best practices, is an added advantage.
  • Proven sales track record in ESG.
  • Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients in line with the monthly targets.
