Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with potential clients, turning them into sales opportunities through effective outreach and communication.
• Negotiate with clients to finalize sales deals and secure contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and carry out long-term strategies and short-term action plans to achieve business goals and grow the company.
• Track sales performance, monitor goal progress, and provide regular updates to manager and directors.
• Draft and submit detailed proposal/tender documents in response to client requirements and industry-specific RFPs (Request for Proposals).
• Present and demonstrate security solutions to potential clients during interviews.
• Perform on-site evaluations of client properties to understand security needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Business Development / Sales & Marketing are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven and rewarding environment.
• Willing and passionate to learn various skills i.e. presentation, selling.
• Possesses own transportation and is willing to travel.
