ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Primary Role (Chinese Market)
To build & manage Biz Partner relationship with Top Achiever (Key Account Management)
- To identify potential Biz Builder among Active Distributors; develop & follow up New Biz Builder as Independent Entrepreneur (Key Clients Management)
To implement & review online vs offline (020) strategies to attract New Biz Segment (<35) via digital marketing platform/channel- To plan, conduct and review field activities that are in line with Biz Opportunity Marketing initiatives.
To report on performance-based results of sales & marketing activities conducted, campaign effectiveness, business impact analysis of regional sales performance; and provide proposals/solutions to enhance the performance of business by regional on monthly basis.
- To conduct PKP as part of home sharing activities at potential areas to help consumers networking.
To conduct product talk (to help leaders create product-based networking)- To create posters /e-fliers for activities as a tool of alertness to disseminate information to CBOs and their network.
To build New Leadership Program with Young Entrepreneur Project
To support Activities, Event & Training cross division (as when needed)
Require to travel within a working day / travel with overnight stays.- Slightly physical effort required to perform the job / task such as walking, standing, pulling / pushing or lifting.
Clean and pleasant working environment nonetheless may require working both inside and outside slightly in heat, dirt, fumes, wet / humid, cold, dust or shaving conditions.
