Description:
- Retain and grow sales within existing key account customers, responsible for monthly revenue goals
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and company.- Resolving key account issues and complaints.
Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams in supporting customers
- Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates welcomed.- Working experience in the related field is required for this position and will be an added benefit.
Preferred language(s): English, Mandarin (_Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.)_
- Prefer candidates with passion in sales and a willing to learn attitude
