Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer follow-up.
  • Coordinate and manage sales orders and inquiries from customers, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with logistics team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered to customers on time, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Prepare and send out quotations, invoices, and other sales documents as required.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential customers.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to provide excellent customer service and support various projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Understand the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, deal closure, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin or Cantonese speaking clients.
