Follow up on leads, build relationships, and maintain long-term partnerships with current and prospective clients.
Promote and advertise upcoming product developments through direct client engagement and event participation.
Assist in tracking sales performance and meeting sales targets by keeping detailed records of client interactions, previous sales reports, and market performance.
Collaborate with the team in meetings and discussions to contribute ideas and strengthen sales efforts.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
Experienced candidates/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
Experience with offline sales methods such as face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and client follow-ups.
Creative, self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a team.
Able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
Computer literate and familiar with CRM software or Microsoft Excel.
