Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage agency activities to achieve company KPIs.
  • Oversee and implement agent recruitment strategies in line with corporate objectives.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor agents to meet sales targets and align with company direction.
  • Address and resolve agency members concerns and challenges.
  • Boost agency morale through continuous motivation and support.
  • Organize and support company functions and events.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent
  • Good sales and negotiation skills with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Posses leadership skills, aggressive, self-discipline
  • Business quadrant mindset, positive thinking behaviour
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills .
  • A confident and positive attitude in a professional manner.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
