Marketing and ecosystem management of high-value customer / player groups, cooperate with product development department to increase customer retention.
Maintain core partnerships and enhance customer relationships, drive sales activities and performance growth.
Creating marketing plan (such as tournament, promotion activities, etc.) to continuously optimize the recruitment and cultivation process of core partners (main players) / new players.
Targeting higher user activity, daily engagement rate, retention, and recharge.
Actively collect feedback from users and provide timely update to operation team for improvement.
Propose improvement requirements for game functions based on user experience and needs.
Responsible for researching and developing sales business.
Job Requirements
Process Minimum Education: Diploma, Degree, or higher
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, or User Support will be prioritized. Training will be provided.
Excellent communication in English and Mandarin language. (Ability to converse in Mandarin is necessary for this job as this role is required to communicate with China counterpart)
Possess own transport and willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
Positive attitude & keen to learn.
