Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce products or services, present sales proposals, and conduct product demonstrations or presentations. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business. Address objections, overcome obstacles, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products or services, features, benefits, and value propositions. Keep up to date with product developments, updates, and enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity pursuit.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events
