Your accountabilities for this job:- Marketing and ecosystem management of high-value customer / player groups, cooperate with product development department to increase customer retention.
Maintain core partnerships and enhance customer relationships, drive sales activities and performance growth.- Creating marketing plan (such as tournament, promotion activities, etc.) to continuously optimize the recruitment and cultivation process of core partners (main players) / new players.
Targeting higher user activity, daily engagement rate, retention, and recharge.
- Actively collect feedback from users and provide timely update to operation team for improvement.
Propose improvement requirements for game functions based on user experience and needs.- Responsible for researching and developing sales business.
Education:
Diploma, Degree, or higherWork Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, or User Support are prioritized) Training will be provided.Skills: Proficient in computer usage, familiar with office software like Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. (Ability to converse in Mandarin is necessary for this job as this role is required to communicate with China counterpart)
