As we expand, we're looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives on challenges and is passionate about growing within the esports space. This role will involve working directly with our BD Lead and COO to drive strategic initiatives and build meaningful partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in esports and adjacent industries.
- Develop and present compelling pitches that highlight the value and potential of esports, catering to both existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, negotiating agreements, and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for client projects.
- Contribute to strategic planning by suggesting innovative solutions, backed by data and competitive analysis.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales, with a track record of successful negotiations and relationship management.
- Languages: Excellent command of English and Mandarin, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a street-smart approach to navigating real-world challenges.
- Passion for esports and understanding of the industry's potential.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills to engage and inspire clients and team members.
- Ability to travel frequently and attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Personal Traits: Thick-skinned, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
