Job Responsibility
- Assist accounts such as Statement & Chase payment via WhatsApp
- Filling daily paper once the driver has deliver the goods
- Monitor inventory.
- Ring up items for customers.
- Elevate feedback from customers to management.
Job Requirements
We are looking for an energetic and customer service-oriented sales clerk to work in our office. The sales co-ordinator is responsible delivery plaining and keeping track of inventory.
To be successful as a sales co-ordinator you must have excellent interpersonal skills. A good sales coordinate is patient and professional with customers at all times.
- Required Language : English & Malay
- Education : SPM onwards
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm with difficult customers.
- Prior experience in retail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of PC required as well
