Job Description:
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with stakeholders and industry players to achieve business goals
- Calling on key contacts or main decision-makers at target companies to assess and qualify their need for our tech solutions
- Reaching out to potential prospects via different channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Researching and understanding current market trends to identify potential leads
- Attending pitches, conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Preparing pitch decks, quotations, service agreements, and any related documents
- Informing prospects about new developments in the company's tech services
- Developing new accounts to achieve sales targets for personal and business divisions
Other Head-Turning Criteria:
- 2 years of experience in tech sales and business development related roles
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral, with the ability to communicate with and adapt to different communication styles at all levels
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and demonstrate resourcefulness, resilience, and grit
