  • What we are looking for:



  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the business development manager.


  • Source New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and other outreach activities.


  • Client Engagement: Attend face-to-face or virtual meetings to understand client needs and pitch our innovative beauty solutions.


  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with potential distributors at all levels, including senior-level decision-makers, to fully understand their business needs and provide optimal service.


  • Digital Integration: Brief and collaborate with the Digital team to ensure digital touchpoints are well integrated within the consumer journey, driving innovation and business growth.
  • Marketing Information: Provide distributors and retailers with comprehensive marketing information and 360 plans related to product launches, including product details, POP materials, pricing, listings, leaflets, etc.


  • Strategic Targeting: Identify target players that fit our growth strategy, uncover unmet needs, and develop and present the value proposition in close collaboration with global and regional marketing teams.


  • Regional & Local Communication: Work closely with regional and local communication teams to receive accurate information, including copy, visuals, and translations.


  • Campaign Monitoring: Carefully monitor the performance of all campaign activities and prepare a post-campaign report with analysis and results for future improvement.


  • Trade Activities Planning: Support the Business Development Manager in planning year-long activities with key retailers and assist in the execution.


  • Product Assortment Management: Actively assist the Business Development Manager in managing the product assortment, including sales potential, A/B/C/D classification analysis, local market reference specificities, profitability, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).


  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Provide relevant monthly reports on Sell-In/Sell-Out figures and actively assist with analysis.


  • Qualifications & Skills:
Sales Acumen: Strong sales pitch and presentation skills with the ability to advocate for and present innovative ideas.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, and ability to work across multiple markets and cultures.
Self-Starter: Resourceful, independent, and able to work well under pressure.
Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience with Web, SEM/SEO/SMA/SMM will be an advantage.Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to run multiple projects, teams, and collaborate with multiple business partners.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Industry Knowledge: Knowledgeable of marketplace, channel and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
