Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients and identify new business opportunities within top-tier corporations.
  • Sales Prospecting: Conduct research and prospecting activities to generate new business leads. This includes cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events.
  • Presentations and Pitches: Create compelling presentations and pitches tailored to client needs, showcasing our value proposition and sustainability-focused solutions.
  • Sales Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide updates on key sales metrics.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Mentorship and Learning: Benefit from direct mentorship under our Sales Director, gaining hands-on experience and accelerated growth within the role.

Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive (Apprentice) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be personally mentored by our Sales Director, with a fast-track path to becoming a Sales/Business Development Lead. You will be working closely with major corporate clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales through strategic prospecting, presentation, and networking.

What Were Looking For

  • Personality: Bubbly, outgoing, and highly presentable individual who is comfortable engaging with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Learning Attitude: Eager to learn, willing to go the extra mile, and open to feedback.
  • Drive and Ambition: Hungry to achieve, passionate about sales, and willing to work hard to achieve both personal and team goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to articulate ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering presentations and public speaking.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • Minimum education: Diploma and above.
