Responsibilities:- Research and identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as online databases, social media, industry groups and trade associations, and networking to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.
Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Present the company's EPCC solutions/services and value proposition to prospects, educating them on the benefits and advantages of partnering with the company.- Conduct thorough qualification of leads by assessing their project requirements, budgets, timelines, and other criteria. Engage in active listening to understand their needs and challenges and offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing ongoing support by addressing their concerns, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Business Development Engineers/Managers to align strategies, share market insights, and support each other in achieving sales goals.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to update management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.- Attend industry conferences, trade shows (e.g. MPIA Solar Roadshow), industry events and marketing campaigns to increase companys recognition within the solar EPCC sector.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or equivalent.- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Able to prioritize tasks/responsibilities, meet expected timelines and work under minimum supervision.
