Job Summary.We are seeing a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to generate new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and securing new clients, fostering relationships, and working closely with the team to develop compelling marketing solutions.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: 1) Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking, social media, cold calling , and attending industry events. 2) Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client Engagement: 1) Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and industry trends. 2) Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our services and capabilities. 3) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Proposal Development: 1) Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing proposals and presentations. 2) Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.- Reporting: 1) Maintain accurate records of all leads, sale activities and client interactions.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented.- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle (preferably car).
