Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision.
  • Must be able to meet client
  • Deal with present projects & clients and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to their needs.
  • Collect and analyze market research data and apply to current projects.
  • Identify potential markets
  • Oversee and prepare marketing budgets.
  • Network with suppliers, partner organizations, contractors and other professionals.
  • Help to produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature
  • Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmed

Job Requirements

  • Preferably candidate must possess a recognized Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
  • Fresh grads are also can apply
  • Experience in development, construction or interior design fit-out work is value added.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing
  • Have own transport and laptop.
  • Able to speak, write and understand English
