JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and
building strong relationships with potential customers over the phone. Your main responsibility will be
to engage prospects, convey product information persuasively, and ultimately generate sales leads for
our business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Cold calling- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects, emphasizing their benefits and
addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Actively listen to customers needs and tailor your pitch accordingly to maximize interest
and engagement
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products, market trends and industry
developments to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Strive to continuously improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Follow-up all fresh leads everyday on time.
- Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information in an organized way with CRM
tools.
- To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the sales
process.
- To achieve monthly sales quota set by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and above.
- Must be proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
- Experience in business development would be advantageous but not necessary as training
will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated and a relentless mindset
- Independent and leadership qualities will be an added advantage.
- Being cooperative and the ability to work as a team.
- A positive and resilient attitude, even in the face of rejection or challenging calls.

- Salary range RM5,000 - RM8,000
