Job Scope- Formulate and execute aggressive sales strategies and tactics to maximize market potential and strengthen the brand to achieve and exceed business and revenue targets.
Develop, grow and maintain effective multi-level relationships with partners, influencing business owners and decision makers to invest in business, to achieve sales growth.- Proactively search, identify and develop attractive new opportunities and potential new customers/distributors through industry and market research.
Proactively collate and update all information relating to economic and market trends, customers insight and competition through frequent retailers and distributors engagement/visits.
Degree in any discipline. Business/management/biotechnology/biomedical degrees a plus.
- Successful sales, marketing experience with a healthcare/education-related product line is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market development and/or product launch plans a plus.- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master highly technical concepts and articulate them well to others.
Experience in education industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, strong team skills.
Independent, highly motivated and ability to adapt to change easily and function in a highly stressed, demanding environment.- Must speak and be proficient with English/Chinese/Malay language.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
