1- Network Management
- Manage agents, contractors, Point of Service coverage & services
Fulfil and process agents, Point of Service operational supplies and orders- Maintain and coordinate with the network members to ensure comprehensive coverage.
2- Documentation- Prepare, check and update relevant documents for new network appointment and replacement.
Create and prepare tenancy related renewal
3- Interactions & Coordination
- Respond to internal and external customers queries promptly and according to defined SLAs.
Conduct hand-holding sessions with network members during initial service commencement period
4- Compliance and Ethics- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Protect and secure confidential information of the company.
Elicit, analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and validate network feasibility.
- Conduct interviews and gather network requirements through various methods.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and expectation of business requirements to the network members.- Willing to travel when the needs arise
Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
- 1-2 years working experience
