Job Description

As a company with an extensive customer base globally, we are looking for a group of passionate Business Development Engineers to be involved in lead generation, sales operation & customer account management and distribution management operations. Job Summaries:

  • Regional Sales Management for North Asia, South Asia and Latin America. Based in HQ
  • Distribution Management Operation
  • Sales Operation & Customer Account Management
  • Technical Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Expand and penetrate ViTrox business worldwide by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations by explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Channel Partners in expanding market reach
  • Provide excellent customer service by conferring with customers and engineers to assess solutions needed
  • Conduct market research, analysis and benchmarking to keep abreast of the latest technologies and market trends
  • Drive marketing events, product launching roadmap, product demonstration, technical marketing, system integrators improvement project, etc

Key Qualifications:

  • Background in Engineering (E&E, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Robotics & Automations), Science & Technology, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Excellent marketing presentation skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct product launching and market survey research
  • Exposure in E&E and/or semiconductor industry is preferable
  • Experience in selling inspection equipment (Automation Sales) or electronics communication systems
  • Knowledgeable in Industrial Revolution 4.0 and automated inspection products capability, strength, shortfall and pricing strategy is an added advantage
  • Those from a business/marketing background with related industrial experience will be considered
