Hello! We are Diverge Retail Sdn Bhd, a company in the business of Retail Solution industry. Our company specializes in Retail Ambience and Retail Event Management, where we provide music to retailers and manage events ranging from small to big projects. We have contracted more than 2,000 retail outlets nationwide and event projects lined up. - Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client service, preferably in business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Description:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Client Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Client Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Use insights to inform business development strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Customize solutions to meet client requirements and demonstrate value.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of client projects.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts. Prepare and present reports on progress, results, and future strategies.
