Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy and activity to achieve targeted sales and achieve company sales revenue as per organization Target.
Identify and dealing to be succeed market opportunities and potential customer segmentation to higher sales as per organization direction and requirements.- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Address customer inquiries and issues, dealing professionally to enhance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform scheduling, marketing, campaigning, advertising, and promoting activities
Experiencing in Social media marketing to bring in higher sales.- Research government or other grants and provides better leads and succeed in project proposal and its approval.
Minimum Bachelor's degree/Master in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.- Minimum 3years of experience in sales and marketing management.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and result oriented personal- Experience in training industry as sales is preferable
