Job Description
- Communicate the Arc Technologies software services to prospective customers.
Frequent customer interactions, while providing consulting services on solutions and digital transformation strategies, and creating and delivering presentations/demos tailored to both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.- Build in-depth knowledge of clients business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, and translate them into service opportunities.
Identify opportunities in new and existing markets, formulate sales strategies, manage the appropriate sales resources to secure new business and report to manager.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Run outbound campaigns (Phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.- Develop and present proposals customized for each clients specific business needs.
Ensure the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to calling, presenting, giving demonstrations, and closing, is managed accordingly, and ensure excellent customer service with regular client follow-up.
- Translate proposal into ready-to-sign contracts.
Manage and achieve sales targets set by the Company.- Commissions and incentives are given based on sales target.
Job Requirements- Possess at least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information technology/ Business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IOT knowledge and basic understanding of software and applications
Strong presentation skills and the ability to excite / relate targeted customers at all levels in all subjected areas.- At least 2 3 years of working experience in the related fields.
