Business Controller

In this position, you will be in charge

• of the financial process of the Technical platforms Engineering & Procurement:
• Manage the multi countries Service levels agreements
• Invoice the services rendered by the platforms
• Annual Budget of the department costs
• Provide to the directors of departments relevant analysis of the profitability of the platforms and of the time utilisation of the teams
• Annual update of the manpower rates for time entries valorisation and for invoicing
• Cash flow forecasts and monthly updates
• Of the financial process of Long term operation and maintenance contracts
• Prepare the budget with the Operations manager
• Prepare invoicing to customers in line with the contract
• Control the costs
• Prepare the monthly closing journal entries
• Analyse and comment Variances with budget
• Cash flow forecasts and monthly updates
• Maintenance of cost centre database in the ERP
• Ad hoc tasks relating to the businesses above as necessary

• Good communicant, synthetic and precise.

Bachelor's degree or master degree in accountancy/finance

Proven experience in business control in industry : 5 years
