Purpose:
Oversees the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, ensuring that all relevant processes of the business continuity and crisis management program are in adherence with the internal control framework, risk policy and Group BCM standards. They ensure that Zurich is prepared to respond to and recover from general incidents, man-made or natural disasters.
Key Accountabilities:
Drive analysis, preparation and maintenance of business impact analysis (BIA), risk and threat analysis, key personnel, critical vendor, business continuity planning and exercising.
Develop and oversee the implementation of the incident and crisis management framework including scenarios, exercises to test business recovery strategies and business continuity plans.
Support day-to-day activities done in the business to conduct notification exercises, respond to actual incidents and provide lessons learned sharing of information across the group.
Participate in BCM activities as needed, including but not limited to, BCM training programs, BCM training, tool consultation, and coordination with other areas of the business regarding operational risk assessments.
Provide necessary technical subject matter content for all aspects of BCM training programs.
Requirement:
Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
