- Minimum 1-3 years working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT / FinTech industry. Experience working in the cards/payments industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding Java and Cobol code is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend Linux/Unix scripts.
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems, including performing basic commands.
- Able to write simple SQL queries to retrieve data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
