Primary Objective:- To provide Business subject matter experience, knowledge and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of agreed project scope, goals & objectives
- To ensure projects/ initiatives business units under GWB delivered within scope, timeline and budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the projects initiative and requirements and ensure it value-added to the business operating model before undertaking the project planning
- To ensure GWB Business project deliverables consistent with RHB Group and Divisional operational, risk & compliance policies and practices requirements at all times
Have good communication skills, including establishing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders and vendors
Key Responsibilities:Project Implementation under GWB
Responsible in providing Business subject matter experience, knowledge and leadership in the design, development and implementation of agreed project scope, goals & objectives. Also to ensure all the Business project deliverables under GWB to be consistent with RHB Group and Divisional operational, risk & compliance policies and practices requirements at all time.
- Coordinating in User Acceptance Testing & Data Migration
- Responsible in providing guidance to the team in developing and managing an effective user acceptance testing scenarios to ensure all the business rules, and trade workflows are functioning.
- Responsible in providing guidance to the team in constructing a complete and effective data migration strategy and plan (if any)
- Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and actively involved in UAT activities including training.
- Effectively following up of issues with users and vendors and ensure resolution in accordance with priority.
- Actively involved in (any) project implementation activities for GWB projects to ensure a smooth cutover with minimal interruption to normal business services.
- Work closely with all the team members and Project Manager in defining appropriate quality control policies & practices.
- Comply with project defined standards for quality control.
- Business impact assessment is undertaken to ensure that all activities for implementation is secure.
- Responsible in developing and managing a plan for the effective transition from Project Mode to Business-As-Usual Mode (including knowledge/ skills transfer and process).
- To ensure the team delivers the assigned tasks on timely basis with quality.
BAU Support under GTGM
- Responsible in guiding the team members to support FO users for any Production Issues, analysis of unusual PL movements, pricing of treasury products or structured products using Murex and any other queries relating Murex System.
- Responsible in providing guidance in design and development of e-tradepad/templates to Sales/Traders that will facilitate the capturing of trades.
- Responsible in guiding the team in design and development of appropriate filters/views via simulation screen/reports that will facilitate P&L, risk and other MIS reporting.
Managing and Delegating Tasks to Subordinates
- Able to bring the Business Analyst to the next level, and to ensure they are able to work independently and delivers the assign tasks on timely basis with quality.
