Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and document detailed requirements for software applications.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, translating findings into clear and actionable specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, internal teams, and project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating a shared understanding of project requirements.
- Documentation:
Create comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories that serve as a foundation for software development.
Work closely with clients to validate and refine requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration with System Analysts:
Collaborate with System Analysts to ensure a seamless transition from business requirements to technical specifications.
Provide necessary documentation and support to System Analysts for the successful implementation of software solutions.
- Project Support:
Assist project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Contribute in project planning, risk analysis, and change management processes.
- Client Satisfaction:
Continuously engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with delivered software solutions.
Work towards building long-term client relationships and understanding evolving business needs.
- Custom Software Solutions:
Work closely with software development teams to contribute to the design and implementation of tailored software solutions.
Ensure that software applications meet the unique specifications and compliance standards of clients in various sectors.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about regulatory requirements relevant to software
applications in various sectors.
Ensure that software solutions comply with industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Qualifications:
Academic qualifications in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with leading business analysis methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the private and public sector environments.
Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g: CBAP, CCBA).
Previous experience in projects involving clients from both private and public sectors. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development processes.
