Business Analyst

Experience- 3-6 Years

• Digital Banking Strategy:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and align digital
• solutions with overall digital banking strategy.
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions to elicit and document business
• requirements for digital initiatives specifically on Islamic financing products.
• Ensure requirements are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business objectives.
• User Stories and Use Cases:
• o Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional
• specifications.
• o Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient
• implementation of digital solutions.
• Quality Assurance:
• o Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and scenarios to ensure the quality of
• digital products.
• o Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet
• business requirements and comply with shariah guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the digital banking or financial services sector.

Possess prior experience and exposure in Islamic financing application, process and

procedures, will be an added advantage; Ijarah, Murabahah, Aitab financing.

Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing financing

applications and familiarity with regulatory reporting for financing products; CCRIS, LASS

report

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage

multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
