In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing their business processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including operations, IT, and management, to identify opportunities for improvement, analyze data, and implement solutions that enhance their overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

* Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.

* Design and implement process improvements to streamline operations.

* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

* Manage and coordinate various projects, including system implementations and process improvements.

* Experience working on projects like e-Invoicing and ERPs.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a logistics or supply chain environment.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong project management skills.

* Knowledge of logistics processes and industry best practices.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Must be a Malaysian citizen.

* 7-10 years of experience in business analysis.

* Ability to project manage engagements.
