Job Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data projects.
Conduct in-depth analysis of data using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and performance.
Create clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets.
Build and maintain data pipelines and automation processes to ensure data quality and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
Proven experience with SQL queries and Excel functions.
Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (eg Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with statistical software (eg Python) a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
A strong understanding of data warehousing principles is an added advantage.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
