As a Business Analyst at Gambit Group, your role will involve analyzing and translating business requirements into detailed user stories and managing QA and UAT processes while recommending system and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collect essential data from discussions with diverse stakeholders and generate informative reports.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders (operations, finance, compliance, sales and marketing,etc) to analyse, assess, and understand business requirements and user needs within business applications.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis, adeptly translate these requirements into detailed user stories.
- Recommend revisions and enhancements to system logic, business processes, and workflows as needed.
- Effectively manage internal stakeholders to facilitate and drive Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as allocated by Management, as deemed appropriate for the role of a BA.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Prior experience in projects involving digital assets or fintech is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies with a strong background in writing detailed and structured user stories.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including software design, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles, programming fundamentals, and database concepts.
- Proficient in graph and diagramming software such as FigJam, Visio, and Diagrams.net.
- Skilled in project management and documentation tools, particularly Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and stakeholders.
- Competence in performing requirement mapping, gathering and documenting requirements, and conducting risk analysis.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and precise information delivery.
