Job Responsibility
We are hiring Business Analysts to join our company. You will work alongside other business analysts, and report directly to the manager. Your main tasks will include evaluating business processes, performing detailed requirements analysis, and documenting processes. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Reviewing business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information systems/Computer science or equivalent.
- Preferably 1- 2 years working experience at similar position.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Advanced technical and computer skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang.
